Lady Gaga on Sunday night made a triumphant return to the Grammys stage as a performer for the first time since 2019.
Tony Bennett, along with Lady Gaga, bagged the Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album honour during Sunday night's award ceremony.
Lady Gaga took the stage at the 64th Annual Grammy Awards, performing songs from her album "Love for Sale" alongside Tony Bennett.
The performance was an excellent showcase of Gaga’s vocal range and ability to belt out the classics as well as her more pop-based fare.
Lady Gaga delivered a touching tribute to her longtime collaborator Tony Bennett at the Grammy Awards 2022. 'I love you, Tony, we miss you', she mentioned.
Gaga also paid an emotional tribute to Tony Bennett at the ceremony as she was forced to perform their duet without him due to his “continuing struggle with Alzheimer’s.”
She received a warm introduction in a prerecorded video from her collaborator and friend Tony Bennett.
"Hi, everyone, please welcome Lady Gaga," the 95-year-old legend said in the video before blowing a kiss to the camera.
Gaga performed a rendition of “Do I Love You” and “Love For Sale” after being introduced by Bennett.
